About Me
My name is Cristian Canale. I’ve been practicing MMA and grappling for over 30 years.
I’ve competed as a professional fighter, taking part in events such as Shooto Italy, but above all, I’ve lived every side of this journey — as a student, an athlete, and now as a coach.
Every day, I train men and women who want to truly grow — not just on the mat, but in their mindset too.
Team Canale was born from this drive: the desire to share experience, discipline, and respect.
